Created by Christina Brugger, a Chartered Engineer and former VP of Product with experience across manufacturing, startups, and Senior leadership roles. Earlier in her career, Christina struggled to speak up and be heard — and watched other smart women being consistently overlooked.

This experience drove her to create a meaningful solution: empowering women with the practical tools they need to find their voice and advance their careers.

The programme methodology has been developed through coaching over 200 women in STEM environments, backed by comprehensive research and tested across technical organisations globally. It delivers highly practical tools that are immediately applicable to real workplace situations.
