Having spent years in engineering and leadership roles, I've felt the struggle of finding my voice. I know how challenging it can be to navigate a field where you might feel overlooked and underestimated.

I spent years thinking I don’t fit in here, I need to change and become like those around me in order to be heard and progress in my career.

Until I started learning how influence really works. I researched to answer these questions: what makes you listen to some people? And why is it harder for women to create the same authority?

My biggest aha moment came when I realised I already had the power - I was just unconsciously making myself smaller in meetings and underestimating my influence. I changed how I sat, how I spoke, and most importantly, what I believed about myself.

That meant I moved into Senior leadership, and eventually started my own business.

Here is what drives me: Imagine if all ideas in your workplace were heard. How much innovation would happen? How much faster would teams perform?

My mission is to help you access the power you already have. I give women in tech and engineering the keys to communicate with authentic influence - so they can advance their careers while unlocking their team's potential.
